Choosing to buy a pipe is very different than ordering a fridge freezer at the online shopping mall and, in my opinion, it is an impersonal act when you are asked to join a given webpage, entering your information, and then click a button waiting for the automatic receipt, it is not for me and if you think that a pipe is similar to a refrigerator you shouldn't buy my pipes at all :) so if you see one or more pipes you would like to buy, you should contact me by e-mail. I will try to answer all your questions promptly and accurately.

• I ship worldwide via express courier, shipping charges vary based on weight and destination, please contact me to get a quote.
• Some countries may have restrictions which prohibit items from being imported.
• I accept payments via PayPal since you don't need to be a PayPal user to make a credit card transaction via PayPal web site.
• If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, feel free to return me the pipes in their original condition and once received the item back,I will be happy to refund you totally for the entire amount of the transaction, Only the return shipping will be at your own expense including any custom fees or other applicable charge. However I strongly suggest you to contact me before embarking on any initative.
• If your new pipe is damaged as a result of manufacturing issues, I will repair or replace it at no charge. If this happen, please contact me as soon as possible in order to find a quick and reasonable solution.
