On Focus...

While continuing collaboration with Massimo Musicò in the project Foundation, I started to work on new set of shapes in order to offer with continuity a range of standardized pipes as personal revisitation of the classic british style. The latest tobacco productions, quite different from those I got used to smoke over the years, led me to review some technical aspect of realization optimizing the volumes and the shape of chamber.

Yet, as beta program, I introduced the ability to display the site in mobile-mode which should be compatible with the majority of mobile devices available on market. It has been tested with Opera-Mobile and Blackberry, however, suggestions in this regard are welcome from the users.

Choosing the right pipe is always a personal matter that reflect the smoker's character. I think that a pipe should be as light as possible and essential in its nature. I love dark light-sandblasted pipes in their classical british style, however I tend to realize all the reasonable -and smokeable- shapes in various finishes. Each pipe is entirely made by hand from the bare briar block which I personally select at the mill in tuscany. Mouthpieces are also made by hand, starting from the ebonite, black or brindled, raw rods coming from germany.

In addiction, through the image gallery, you may get an overview of my work, the result of a constant research in the harmonization of detail.
